Individual Numbers vs Marketing Numbers
Albi supports two types of phone numbers:
Individual Numbers
- Assigned to specific users or roles.
- Used for direct, one-on-one communication.
- Required for making outbound calls from the Calls dashboard.
- Each staff member can have one.
✔ You MUST have an individual number assigned to make calls.
Marketing numbers cannot be used for outbound dialing.

- Used for:

- Can forward to multiple staff members.
