Timesheet/Payroll Settings

Customizing settings for your staff timesheets. 

Timesheet Types

  1. Navigate to the Settings menu, then select Staff.

2. Then click on the drop-down menu for Timesheet Types.

 

3. Click the Blue Add button to start adding the different timesheet types your company will use.

 

4. Fill out the Timesheet Type module. Click Save to create new timesheet type.

a. Name field is required

b. Select different Price List Items to associate to your timesheet type. (optional)

c. Apply rules to your timesheet type. (optional)

 

 

5. A blue pop-up box will indicate that the timesheet type has been added successfully.

 

 

Timesheet Settings

Project Deletion Setting

  1. Navigate to the Settings menu, then select Staff.

  2. Then click on the drop-down menu for Timesheet Settings

  3. Here you can select whether or not you'd like to have user timesheets associated with a project to also be deleted if the project gets deleted.

  4. Setting will automatically update, based on your selection.

 

Automatically End Break Setting

  1. Navigate to the Settings menu, then select Staff.

  2. Then click on the drop-down menu for Timesheet Settings

  3. Check the option to Automatically End Break and enter your break duration time, a blue pop-up box indicates the timesheet setting was successfully updated.

     

 

Payroll Settings

  1. Navigate to the Settings menu, then select Staff.

  2. Then click on the drop-down menu for Payroll Settings

  3. Here you can select which day you would like to start your Company's work week on.

  4. Work week start day will automatically be updated after selection.
