Set up the Xactimate Integration with Albi

Who uses this feature : Administrators, estimators, and project managers The first step in integrating your Xactimate account with your Albi account is to authenticate your Xactimate account in Albi and then verify the configuration in your Albi account.

Where can you find your Xactnet address and user ID?

Steps:

  1. Go to Xactimate navigational bar and click the Profile

  2. In the dropdown you will see the xactnet address

  3. The Xactimate authentication information will be in format userid@xactnet

  4. Where the user id is the characters before @ symbol

  5. And the xactnet address are the characters after @ symbol

 

Authenticate the Xactimate Integration in Albi

Steps:

  1. Go to the navigation bar and click the Settings .

  2. In the side panel, click Settings > Integrations.

    1. Integration page opens.

  3. Look for Xactimate and click Connect.

    1. New Xactimate Connection opens.

4. Enter your Xactimate address and user id

5. When you're finished, click Save

6. Once the integration is connected, you can select how you want your business to sync projects with Xactimate from the integration settings.

Every time a project is created

Use this setting if you:

  • Create a project in Albi and auto-create a project in Xactimate

Certain statuses

Use this setting if you:

  • If you wish to create a project in Xactimate only when a project in Albi reaches a specific status in your workflow

Certain dates

Use this setting if you:

  • If you wish to create a project in Xactimate only when certain project dates are filled in an Albi projects

7. When you're finished, Click Save.
