The Site section is used to record overall environmental and structural conditions for the property. 

This includes:

  • Outside conditions
  • Unaffected area readings
  • Building characteristics

What can be recorded in Site?

  • Room name (for reference), Temperature (°F), Relative Humidity (%), Weather conditions, Site elevation, Building envelope type, Build-out density, Building construction type, Notes related to site conditions

This information helps establish baseline conditions and is often used for comparison throughout the drying process.
