How Do Relationship Types Work in Albi?

This article explains how Relationship Types work and how they are used to categorize contacts and organizations in Albi. It covers creating new types, editing existing ones, and disabling types as your business needs change.

Types

The Types tab allows you to create and manage different relationship categories that represent the type of contact or organization.
Examples include: Account Manager, Adjuster, Agency, Customer, Subcontractor, or Apartment Community.


To add a new type:

  1. Click the Add (+) button in the top-right corner.
  2. Enter the Name of the new type.



        3.  Click Save.


You can also edit or disable existing types as your company’s relationship categories evolve.
