How Do Relationship Statuses Work in Albi?

This article explains how Relationship Statuses represent the current standing of a contact or organization. It covers how to create, edit, and manage statuses to match your workflow, such as Active, Inactive, or Lead.

Statuses

The Statuses tab allows you to create and manage statuses that represent the current standing or stage of a relationship (for example, whether a contact is active, inactive, or a lead).

Examples include: Active, Inactive, Lead, Homeowner, Tenant, or Referral Contract Signed.



To add a new status:

  1. Click the Add (+) button in the top-right corner.
  2. Enter the Status Name.



        3.   Click Save.

You can edit, disable, or enable statuses as your workflow changes.
