How Do Referral Sources Work in Albi?

Referral Sources

The Referral Sources tab helps you track where leads and jobs originate. This allows your company to identify which marketing or partnership channels are performing best.

Common examples include:

  • Insurance Referral
  • Agent
  • Apartment Staff Referral
  • Google
  • Online Marketing
  • Flyers

 

To add a new referral source:

  1. Click the Add (+) button in the top-right corner.
  2. Enter the Name of the referral source.



       3.  Click Save.

You can also edit, disable, or enable existing referral sources as your lead sources change.
