How Do I Upload Price List Items in Bulk Using a Template?

This article explains how to download the Price List template, fill in required fields, and upload items in bulk to Albi.

Template – Uploading Price List Items in Bulk

Albi allows you to upload price list items using a template spreadsheet.

Download Template

  1. Go to the Template section in Price Lists.



        2.   Click Download Template to download the Price List Excel format.

In the template, the following fields are required:

  • Code, Title, Component, Unit, Unit Price, Description, Taxable (Yes/No)

This template must be filled correctly for the upload to work.

 

Upload Template

  1. Click Upload Template.

       2.   Choose the completed file from your computer.

       3.   Click Upload.


All items in the file will automatically populate into your Price List Dashboard.
