Upload an Estimate PDF or CSV
This option allows you to upload an estimate that was created outside of Albi.
You can upload:
- An Estimate PDF
- An Estimate CSV file (Template available for download)
When uploaded:
- The estimate is attached to the project
- Albi will attempt to read the file and convert items into estimate line items (when supported)
- The estimate becomes part of the project’s Workbook and Financials
This method is commonly used when:
- Estimates are created in third-party systems
- You receive estimates from vendors, adjusters, or partners
- You need to store external estimate documentation inside Albi
