Bulk Updating Project Statuses

Albi allows you to update the status of multiple projects at the same time using the Bulk Status tool on the Projects Dashboard. This is useful when managing a large number of jobs that need to move to the same stage in your workflow.

How to Use Bulk Status

  1. Go to the Projects dashboard.

  2. At the top of the page, click the Bulk Status button.

  3. A pop-up window will appear where you can:

    • Select a Project Type to filter which projects are available.

    • Choose the Status you want to apply to the selected projects.

    • Select multiple projects from the list.

  4. Click Save.

Once saved, all selected projects will immediately update to the chosen status.
