How Do I Create and Manage Staff Note Types?

This article explains how to create and manage Staff Note Types in Albi. Note Types help standardize how staff-related notes—such as performance records or disciplinary actions—are categorized and stored.

Notes Types

The Notes Types tab lets you define the different categories of notes that can be added to staff profiles. These notes can document employee performance, attendance, or disciplinary actions.


Examples include:

  • Employee Commendation
  • Suspension
  • Termination
  • Verbal Warning

You can add a new note type by clicking the Add (+) button in the top-right corner. From there, enter the note name and click Save.
