How Do I Create and Manage Invoices in Albi Using Templates?

This article walks through how to create and manage invoices in Albiware from within a project. It also explains how Intro and Closing File templates are applied to invoices to ensure consistent formatting and messaging.

How to Access and Create Invoices

You can access and create invoices directly through the Finance tab within each project in Albi.

  1. Go to the Projects tab and open the project you want to work on.
  2. Click on the Finance tab.

  3. Click Add Invoice.
  4. Fill in the required details, then click Create Invoice and Save.
  5. Go to PDF Settings to adjust how your invoice appears, then click Save again.


      6.   Click Preview to review your invoice before sending or printing.

 

      7.   The exported Invoice will appear as shown below:

You can always access your invoices from the Finance tab within each project to view, edit, or manage them as needed.

📝 Note: You must save an invoice before you can preview or send it.
