How Do I Create a Contact on the Home Screen in the Albi Mobile App?

Learn how to create a new contact in the Albi mobile app using the Add (+) button, including how to link them to an organization.

The Add (+) button is used to create new records in the Albi mobile app. It allows you to quickly add information without having to search through different parts of the app.

You can find the Add (+) button on the Home screen. It appears as a blue plus (+) icon.

When you tap this button, a menu opens showing all the different items you can create.

Each option opens a form where you enter information step by step.

What is a Contact?

A Contact is a person associated with an organization or project. This could be a homeowner, property manager, adjuster, or vendor contact.

How to create a contact

  1. Tap the Add (+) button
  2. Select Create Contact
  3. Enter required details:
    • First Name
    • Last Name
    • Contact Type(s)
    • Referral Source
  4. Optional details include:
    • Phone number and email
    • Sales person
    • Organization or parent organization
    • Address
     5.   Tap Save
