How Do I Assign Staff and Project Roles in Albi?

This article explains how to assign staff members to a project and apply project-specific roles such as Project Manager, Technician, or Estimator. It also explains role limitations based on staff profiles.

Assign Staff

You can assign one or multiple staff members to the project using the Add button on the right-hand side.

When assigning staff, you can also specify a Project Role, such as:

  • Project Manager
  • Technician
  • Estimator
  • Consultant

Note:

Users can only receive a project role if that role is listed in their staff profile.

Assigned staff will appear in the project’s Relationships and will receive notifications or responsibilities based on your workflow.
