The Relationship Settings section in Albiware helps you organize and manage how your company tracks and categorizes relationships, including contacts, organizations, and referral sources. Customizing these settings ensures consistency across your system when adding or updating relationship details.

 

How to Access Relationship Settings

To access your Relationship Settings in AlbiWare:

  1. Go to the Settings tab from the left-hand menu.
  2. Under the Settings section, select Relationship Settings.
  3. The Relationship Settings page will open, displaying four tabs — Type, Activity, Referral Sources, and Statuses.

From here, you can customize how your company tracks and categorizes relationships, activities, and lead sources to ensure consistency across your entire database.
