How Do I Access Company Settings and Manage Company Information in Albi?

This article explains how to access Company Settings in Albi and manage your company’s basic information. It covers where to find Company Settings and how to view or update your company profile details to keep records accurate and consistent across the system.

How to Access Company Settings

To access your Company Settings in Albiware:

  1. Go to the Settings tab from the left-hand menu.

  2. Under the Software section, select Company Settings.



     3.   The Company Settings page will open, displaying five main cards — Company                        Information, Locations, Location Types, Templates, and Emails.

From here, you can configure all company-related details such as basic information, office locations, and default templates — ensuring your Albi account is customized to your organization’s structure and communication preferences.



Company Information

The Company Information card displays your company’s core details, including:

  • Company Name
  • Website
  • Address
  • Phone Number

This section serves as your company profile within Albi. You can edit this information at any time to keep your records up to date.
