How Do File Versions and Version History Work in Albi?

Learn how to upload new file versions, track changes, and view version history for project files.

File Version History

Each file includes a three-dot (⋯) menu that provides access to file-specific actions. 

  1. Go to the File Manager 

  2. click the three dots next to the file
  3. Select File Version History

Shows when the file was updated or changed.

Examples:

  • File edited
  • File signed

Each update creates a new timestamp in the version history.
